Conway Residential

Wow! What an amazing time we had at The Conway Centre on our residential.

Upon arrival, we were taken to Gogarth and had some lunch. We then went straight into our first activity which was raft building. We were put into groups and had to create a raft using barrels and rope. We had to work well together in order to make sure the rafts were secure and strong enough to carry all of our weight. We then had a race with each other around a course on the lakes and then we even got to jump in at the end - it was very cold!

On Thursday we woke up and the sun was shining over Anglesey! It was time for our main activity - sea level traversing. This activity really challenged us and we had the opportunity to rock climb, jump off cliffs into the water and complete high ropes over the sea. We had an amazing day and we overcome many fears.
